To keep your handmade items looking their best, we highly recommend hand washing them in cold water with a mild detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring or twist), and lay the item flat on a clean towel to air dry.

Yes, we love bringing your custom ideas to life! Whether you want a specific colorway, a different size, or a completely unique design, please reach out via our [Contact Page / Email] with your ideas.
Please note that custom orders require a [50% / full] deposit before production begins, and processing times will vary based on the complexity of the project and our current order queue.

Ready-to-Ship Items: These are already made and will be packaged and shipped within [1–3] business days.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items: Because these are handcrafted from scratch, they typically take [1–2 weeks / 3–4 weeks] to create before they are shipped.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Because our items are completely handmade, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or custom-made pieces.
However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us! If your item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.

You can cancel your order for a full refund within [24 hours] of purchase.
After this window, cancellations cannot be accepted because we have either already shipped your ready-to-ship item or purchased materials and begun production on your handmade/custom piece.
